Carlos Salcedo, the football player, went to the General Prosecutor’s Office in the State of Mexico (FGJEM) to give a statement regarding the murder of his sister Paola.
The Cruz Azul defender arrived at the FGJEM facilities in Toluca in a white van, being greeted by ministerial staff.

Carlos Salcedo received a summons to give his statement on Tuesday, following his mother, María Isabel Hernández, blaming him for what happened to his sister Paola.
Through her Instagram account, Mrs. Isabel accused Carlos Salcedo of wanting to leave Mexico «because he and his wife Andrea Navarro are the intellectual authors of Paola’s murder.»
«The young woman was murdered in Huixquilucan, in the State of Mexico, outside a circus she had attended with her four-year-old son.»
